We're paid a standard referral fee at closing — nothing if the deal doesn't close. Our incentive is the same as yours: close the right deals.

Who We Accept
The Vettd name means something to the consumers we serve. Before we add an agent to the network, we verify that they meet our standards. If you're a good fit, the application process is quick. If you're not, we'll let you know.
Licensed and active in your state, no current suspensions or pending disciplinary actions.
Minimum of 10 closed transactions in the last 24 months, or equivalent production history we can verify.
Demonstrable knowledge of your target ZIP codes — pricing trends, school districts, neighborhoods, inventory dynamics.
Positive online presence — Zillow, Google, brokerage profile. We spot-check and ask for two client references.
We expect partner agents to respond to every introduction within one business hour. Speed protects the consumer — and your conversion rate.
When we identify a qualified lead for you, a referral agreement is sent before the introduction is made. Signing unlocks the connection.
The Application Process

Step 01 · 3 minutes
Tell us about your experience, your market, and your specialties. We only ask what we need to make a real decision — not a data-harvesting form.
Step 02 · 24–48 hours
We personally review your license, production history, reviews, and specialties. If anything needs a quick conversation, we'll reach out — otherwise, you'll hear back by email with a decision.
Step 03 · Upon approval
Your ZIP codes and specialties are locked in and you become a Vettd partner for your area. No monthly fees, no minimums, no cost to join.
Step 04 · Per match
When we identify a qualified lead that fits your territory and specialties, we send you a referral agreement. Once signed, we make the introduction and you take it from there.
