We connect homeowners, buyers, and investors with screened, licensed real estate agents based on each person's specific situation, location, and goals.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit www.vettdagents.com, submit our match request form, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the "Services").

Information you provide directly

When you complete our match request form or communicate with us, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your real estate situation — whether you are looking to sell, buy, sell and buy, or invest
• Property details you share, such as address, neighborhood, timeline, estimated value, budget, experience level, and current circumstances
• Whether you have previously spoken with or engaged another agent
• Your consent preferences for non-marketing and marketing communications
• Any additional information you share with us in reply to our text messages, emails, or calls

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect limited technical information, including your device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, referring source, and the approximate time and date of your visit. This information is used to operate and improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

• Match you with a vetted real estate agent in our network based on your situation, market, and goals
• Contact you by phone, email, or text message to confirm your submission and coordinate your introduction
• Introduce you directly to a matched agent and provide that agent with the information necessary to assist you
• Respond to questions, requests, or follow-up communications
• Send you transactional and service messages related to your match
• Send you optional marketing communications if you have opted in
• Improve our Services and internal operations
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

SMS & Text Messaging

When you submit our match request form and affirmatively check the non-marketing consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Vettd at the phone number you provided, including follow-up communications related to your agent match.

If you also opt in to marketing communications by checking the optional marketing consent box, you may receive occasional market updates, tips, and promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, while still receiving essential service messages related to your match.

How We Share Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

With matched real estate agents

Once we identify a suitable agent for your situation, we share the information you provided (name, contact details, and situation-specific information) with that agent so they can follow up with you. Matched agents are independently licensed real estate professionals who have agreed to our referral terms.

With service providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including customer relationship management (GoHighLevel), automation (Zapier), voice and text communications (Bland.ai, Twilio, and similar providers), website hosting (Vercel), and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

For legal reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our Terms, or protect the safety of any person.

In connection with a business transfer

If Vettd is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the terms of this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
